According to TechCrunch, Anthropic has reached an agreement with UK-based AI infrastructure company Nscale to lease approximately $45 billion in AI compute capacity over the next six years. Nscale plans to provide this compute power to Anthropic through its flagship data center in West Virginia, utilizing NVIDIA's next-generation Vera Rubin chip systems, with services expected to begin in the second half of 2027.
