Source: www.yna.co.kr Event types: Online/Update
According to Yonhap News Agency, South Korean crypto asset custodian BDACS will partner with Devall Company, the operator of the accounts receivable management service "Cheonggus," to build a stablecoin-based B2B cross-border payment and settlement infrastructure. The initiative will enable exporting companies to send invoices through Cheonggus, allowing overseas buyers to settle using stablecoins such as USDT and USDC. BDACS will subsequently handle asset custody and convert the funds into Korean won for settlement. Both parties also plan to explore integrating payment and settlement data into enterprise ERP systems to automate accounting processes.
