Strategy announces buyback of $1.5 billion in convertible bonds

Strategy has officially announced a plan to repurchase $1.5 billion of its convertible bonds due in 2029. Additionally, Strategy disclosed that it will open voting to holders of STRC and MSTR regarding an amendment to the STRC semi-monthly dividend.
