SEC to Repeal Shareholder Proxy Proposal Rules
According to Bloomberg, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) plans to repeal rules regarding shareholders of listed companies submitting proxy proposals. The proposal was submitted to the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review last week.
