Solana NFT art platform Exchange Art announced it will shut down on August 1

Exchange Art (@exchgART) officially announced that the platform will cease operations on August 1, 2026. The official statement indicated that although building an on-chain art community on Solana was a valuable experience, impacted by the long-term bear market in the on-chain art market, the company failed to find a sustainable financial operational path and ultimately decided to shut down. Users must log into their accounts and export required information before closure; all artworks and funds in the platform's escrow contracts will be returned to original holders before closure; since all works have been minted on the Solana chain, artists and collectors do not need to take additional action, and the works can continue to be used on other markets.
