They directly connect to global liquidity pools such as Nasdaq and NYSE through cooperation with compliant broker Alpaca. Their features include: underlying assets 1:1 reserved and custodied by licensed custodians, stock dividends distributed 1:1 in token form, support for synchronous mapping of corporate actions (stock splits, etc.), and holdings can serve as combined margin for unified accounts and USDT-margined contracts, allowing users to flexibly manage funds while holding global stock assets.
