OmniVault Governance Handover: Vovega Assumes Kronos Role

OmniVault’s management will be transferred to Vovega, with the previous manager, Kronos, completing the handover. After the transition, OmniVault will continue operating under its existing strategy framework, maintaining a fully hedged investment approach focused on minimizing net risk exposure and drawdowns, aiming to deliver more stable returns to depositors. The handover is scheduled for April 12: deposits and withdrawals will be suspended at 13:00, resume at 16:00, and the formal transfer will be completed at 17:00.
