The CLARITY Act faces legislative stagnation as the US Senate returns.

As the U.S. Senate resumes work after concluding its recess, the legislative process for the CLARITY Act has once again stalled. The bill was previously passed by the House with a vote of 294 to 134, but as of now, no final vote date has been scheduled in the Senate.
