Ironwood will introduce a new funding pool based on the Orchard protocol and add a consensus-rule-switchable flag to the circuits used by both existing Orchard pools and the new Ironwood pool. This flag will prohibit payments from within the pool to other users while preserving the ability to generate change notes.
