Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission Places Related Entities of Star Bridge Capital on Unlicensed Company Warning List

The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission has added Star Bridge Capital, Star Bridge Capital Group, SBCFX, Star Bridge Capital Group, Star Bridge Capital Pty Limited, and Topical Wealth International Ltd to its list of unlicensed companies and suspicious websites. The Commission stated that the aforementioned companies are neither licensed nor registered, and are prohibited from conducting regulated activities in Hong Kong or actively promoting related services to the Hong Kong public. The warning was first published on August 28, 2026.
