AI computing network manufacturer Ligent Technologies plans to conduct an IPO in Hong Kong, raising up to HK$5.7 billion in total.
According to Bloomberg, AI computing network manufacturer Ligent Technologies Inc. plans to conduct an IPO in Hong Kong, offering 172 million shares at an offering price of HK$32.96 per share, to raise up to HK$5.7 billion (approximately $727 million). The company, which is backed by Chinese capital, is headquartered in San Jose, California. Its shares are expected to officially begin trading on September 22.
