Aave V3 reserve freeze has been lifted, but borrowing against USDT and other assets is temporarily suspended.
LlamaRisk disclosed that Aave is unfreezing markets frozen due to the Binance hack in four phases. The v3 frozen reserves have already been unfrozen, while hacker-held assets such as USDT and USDC cannot currently be used for new borrowings against collateral.
