Self-custody protection scope expanded; CLARITY Act final text retains Keep Your Coins Act

The bill retains the Keep Your Coins Act, safeguarding individuals' rights to hold and transact their own digital assets. It also adds provisions stipulating that lawfully self-custodied assets shall not be deemed abandoned, unclaimed, forfeitable, or subject to state escheatment solely because they are inactive or dormant.
