CXMT's independently developed LPDDR6 chip has achieved mass production and commercialization, premiering in the Xiaomi 18 Fold folding flagship smartphone and marking the first global deployment of an LPDDR6 product on a flagship smartphone. With a 16GB package capacity and a maximum transfer rate of 12800Mbps, the chip offers a 60% increase in peak bandwidth and a 20% reduction in power consumption compared to LPDDR5X.
