Securitize Appoints Two Veteran Bankers to Its Board

Securitize announced the appointment of Rebecca Macieira-Kaufmann and Manolo Sánchez to its board of directors, strengthening its governance structure as a next-generation compliant capital market infrastructure provider. Rebecca held multiple executive roles at Citigroup for over 11 years, most recently overseeing its international personal banking business. She now founded RMK Group and serves as a director of Fifth Era Acquisition Corporation.
