To alleviate concerns over dilution and potential opposition from existing shareholders, the company has reportedly reduced the ADR issuance size from 2.4% of outstanding shares to slightly above the 2% range. SK Hynix is expected to raise approximately 40 trillion Korean won, or about $26.5 billion, through the issuance of new shares in the ADR offering.
