BitMart launches user communication portal to collect feedback on withdrawal arrangements and restructuring.
BitMart announced the official launch of its User Communication Portal as a unified channel for users to submit questions and feedback regarding withdrawal arrangements, recent action plans, and the platform's future direction. Relevant submissions will be jointly reviewed by BitMart, financial advisor Alvarez & Marsal, and legal counsel, and factored into ongoing assessments. Users must select the "User Communication Portal" inquiry type, provide their email address and inquiry category, and complete the submission through email verification. BitMart clarified that the portal serves only to gather feedback and will not independently process withdrawal requests; submitting a ticket does not alter account or asset status. The platform also cautions users against impersonation and asset recovery scams, strongly advising them to never share passwords, two-factor authentication codes, private keys, or recovery phrases.
