Hyperliquid adjusts testnet operation priority and adds proxy signature support for the cDeposit2 interface operations

Source: t.me Event types: Online/Update
Hyperliquid announced that it has adjusted the new priority mechanism based on user feedback regarding testnet improvements: noop and scheduleCancel operations will no longer affect the priority of other operations, while operations other than noop, scheduleCancel, cancel, cancelByCloid, order, modify, and batchModify will lower the priority of other operations before submission is completed. Additionally, Hyperliquid announced the addition of the cDeposit2 endpoint operation, which functions similarly to cDeposit but supports agent-signed transactions.
