Prime Minister Takaichi introduced the "Startup Comprehensive Support Package" launched in May 2025, a plan further strengthened based on the "Five-Year Plan for Startup Cultivation," aiming to expand funding supply from the government and financial institutions to startups and accelerate their scaled development.
