Wonderful completes $550 million Series C funding round, reaching a $5 billion valuation

AI-powered customer service startup Wonderful has raised $550 million in its Series C funding round, valuing the company at $5 billion. Led by Insight Partners, the round included Salesforce as a new investor, with participation from Index Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, IVP, and other firms. In just 20 months since launch, Wonderful’s enterprise agent platform has entered over 30 markets and deployed hundreds of agents across more than a dozen vertical industries, addressing applications ranging from customer service to internal employee systems.
