Morgan Stanley files ETF application involving multiple Eaton Vance state municipal bond ETFs

Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas posted on X that Morgan Stanley has filed a rare ETF application involving multiple Eaton Vance state municipal bond ETFs, which currently exist only as closed-end funds or mutual funds. He believes these ETFs could perform well if management fees reach institutional levels or lower.
